Who we are

eleven11 Studios ("we", "us") operates this website at eleven11hq.com. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email admin@eleven11studio.agency.

What we do not collect

• We do not have contact forms. Nothing you type on this site is sent to or stored by us.
• We do not run analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
• We do not set cookies of our own, and we do not create accounts or profiles for visitors.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for their own marketing.

When you email us

If you email admin@eleven11studio.agency, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work you ask for. Email is kept in our mailbox for as long as we need it to answer you or keep a record of a project, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you book an intro call

Bookings are handled by Calendly, a scheduling service. The calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly and loads from their servers. When you pick a time, Calendly collects the name, email address, and any notes you enter, along with technical information about your browser, and shares the booking details with us so we can hold the call. Calendly may set cookies inside its own calendar widget. Their handling of your information is described in the Calendly privacy notice. If you would rather not use Calendly, email us instead and we will find a time by hand.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare records basic technical details about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure, and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare's handling of this information is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not use these records to identify individual visitors.

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google's handling of this is described in the Google privacy policy.

Links to other sites

This site links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and to third-party sources in our guides. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email admin@eleven11studio.agency and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date below before the change takes effect.
